What Lawyers and Judges Need to Know About the
New Proposed Judicial Ethics Rules
The panel will discuss changes proposed to the judicial ethics code by the 2011 draft code presented by the TBA to the Tennessee Supreme Court. Since the court is requesting comments to the draft code, emphasis will be placed on changes from the present code, as they would affect lawyers and judges.
