The Board of Directors consists of attorneys from across the State of Tennessee, whose practice areas vary. Elections are held annually for the organization's Officers and At Large Directors.
The Board of Directors serve an annual term beginning July 1 through June 30th of the following year. With the exception of Board Members that are nominated from local women's bar organizations. These Members serve two- year terms.
